Summer Programs


T-Ball (Perry County)
A non-competitive youth program emphasizing the fundamentals of STRETCHING, RUNNING, THROWING, CATCHING, and HITTING while building character through practicing honesty, caring, respect, responsibility, and faith.
Ages: 3 to Kindergarten
Program Dates: July/August 
Program Days:  One evening a week  (
Practices will take place the first three sessions and games will be held the last three sessions. Thursday evenings will be used for make-up dates due to rain-outs).
Program Times:  45 minute program
Program Location:  Dennis Kress Park in Tell City

Heimatfest Volleyball Tourney

The Town of Ferdinand and the Tri-County YMCA co-sponsor the Co-ed Volleyball Tourney during the Ferdinand Heimatfest. The tournament will take place on the Saturday of Heimatfest weekend.

 Program Date: Saturday of the Heimatfest Weekend
 Start Time:  10:00 a.m. (ET)
 Cost: $60.00 per team 
 Game Play Format: 6 person
 Program Location: 18th Street Park Volleyball Courts

Each match includes two 21-point rally games and third 15-point rally game (if necessary) to determine the winner.

The Y is committed to providing programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all. No one will be denied access to YMCA programs or facilities due to an inability to pay.  Funds made available for financial assistance are provided through the generous giving of individuals and businesses to the YMCA's Annual Campaign.  IRS Form 990 Available For Inspection Upon Request.
