Personal Training Certifications and/or other fitness related trainings:

  • Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness from Ashford University
  • Certified Health Coach by the American Council of Exercise
  • Certified fitness instructor in PiYo and Turbo Kick

Personal Training strengths, experience, and areas of specialty:

  • “I love working with people and helping them realize how strong they really are, and that they can do anything they set their minds to if they work hard. My specialty areas are body weight strength training and cardiovascular training.”

Trainer’s Philosophy:

  • Health and wellness comes from the inside out, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Balancing healthy nutrition and physical activity is key.

Personal Interest:

  • I love running, reading, playing outside with my two girls, spending time my family, and playing board games.

Fun Facts:

  • I have ran 5 half marathons and 1 full marathon.


  • Mondays: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Tuesdays: 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
  • Wednesdays: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
  • Thursdays: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • Saturday Mornings: after 10:00 am
