Rock Steady Boxing: Fighting Parkinson's Disease
Rock Steady Boxing gives people with Parkinson's Disease hope. The program enables people with the disease to fight their illness by providing non-contact boxing-style fitness classes that improve their quality of life.
Program Dates:
Session 9: January 29-March 14th
Session 10: March 19-May 9
Session 11: May 14-July 11
Session 12: July 16-August 29
Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Cost: $50.00 for YMCA Members
$75.00 for Non-Facility Members
Program Location: Tri-County YMCA
An assessment is required prior to registration and will be conducted at a cost of $20.00

Volunteers Needed: The Tri-County YMCA Rock Steady Boxing Program is looking for volunteers that are encouraging, fun, and responsible who are willing to help one day a week in our Rock Steady program. We ask the volunteers request at least one shift a week for two hours.
Tuesdays: 10:15am-12:15pm
Thursdays: 10:15am-12:15pm

A New Year, A New You

Personal Training
Our personal training program is a great way to add variety, education, guidance, and accountability to you and your workout regimen. We will help you set goals, work toward them and achieve them! Each package comes with a fitness assessment, personalized homework, and nutrition guidance. If you need help in any of the following, then Personal Training is for you!

Group Exercise Classes
We have a variety of group exercise classes to help you achieve your fitness goals. Come try a class today! Our Group Exercise Classes are included in your YMCA Membership and are free of charge to members. If you are not a YMCA Member, we invite you to come and try our classes. Guests are welcome to come in and pay $5.00 per visit to take a class.
