Need some extra motivation and guidance? Let our Personal Trainers help you achieve your goals. They can meet with you and assist you in learning, practicing, and achieving your health and fitness goals.
Cost:
Single Session:
$25 for YMCA Members or $35 for Program Participants
5-Session Pack:
$100 for YMCA Members or $150 for Program Participants
Group Training (2-3 people):
$12 per person for YMCA Members or $20 per person for Program Participants

Morning Energizer
Come and get energized! This one hour exercise class for anyone 55+ focuses on strength training, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and balance.
These classes are offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from
8:30 - 9:30 a.m. Classes are held at the Tri-County YMCA, 131 E. 16th Street in Ferdinand.
Cost:
YMCA Members: Free

Enhanced Fitness
This one hour exercise class for anyone 55+ focuses on strength training, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and balance.
These classes are offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from
8:00 - 9:00 a.m. Classes are held at Salem United Church of Christ located at 202 E. 4th Street in Huntingburg.
Cost:
YMCA Members: Free
Program Participants: $2.00 per class

Group Exercise
Ages 13 and older
YMCA Members: $3.00 per class
Program Participants: $5.00 per class
Zumba: this class fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves. Interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat — Instructor: Diane and Pam
YMCA Members: $3.00 per class
Program Participants: $5.00 per class
BodyPump: is designed to improve strength and endurance in the major muscle groups and, in doing so, burn calories. BodyPump provides the instructors with chosen music tracks to help guide them through the class. The typical length of each class is 60 minutes.
Format:
1. BodyPump begins with a warm-up to get your body moving, using light weights only.
2. The instructor will then guide you through the main part of the workout, focusing on each of the major muscle groups, including your chest, back, shoulders, and abdominals. The main part of the workout uses a barbell, weights, a step bench, and a mat.
3. Lastly, enjoy cool down music while you stretch your muscles out to finish the workout to help reduce the risk of muscle soreness or injury.
YMCA Members: Free
Program Participants: 24 classes for $42.00 or $2.00 per class
Cardio Jam: In this class you will have fun while burning some serious calories. You will energize your mind, body, and spirit in this fun class. With a mix of old school songs and recent top hits, there will be no time for boredom in this class.
Cycling: Come join the fun of this non-impact class to strengthen your heart and legs. Workouts allow for individuals to challenge themselves as their fitness level improves. *Bring water and towel to class.*
Youth Fitness: A class designed for ages 7-12. Youth will get fit while having a blast! Parents will need to sign youth in and out of class.
